V-SIM AC1200 WIRELESS ROUTER CAT 7 With Data Plan

This plan allows you to try it for 14 days, which begins when you’ve either activated your own SIM kit or you have received our SIM kit in the mail. The 14-day period is strictly to determine proper coverage and usable speeds, since this cannot be pre-determined by Last Mile Internet before the order is placed. Only a portion of the monthly fee is eligible for a refund.

Subscribers who use extreme amounts of data in this period will NOT be eligible for any refund at all. Please inquire about this to avoid non-clarity to mail@lastmileinternet.com

Refund requests within the 14-day period are only processed by contacting us via phone.  We can be reached Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. 662.423.9945.  If your purchase included a router or other hardware, the subscriber is responsible for return shipping.  Once we receive the hardware, please allow approximately 1 week for the partial refund to be refunded back to your credit/debit card.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM CST.   Orders typically ship in 24 -48 hours.  

All our data plans include high-speed data for normal internet usage like streaming music and movies/surfing/gaming etc. We have the right to terminate accounts if data is being abused (this means going over the monthly data limit) and suspicious usage  (Suspicious downloading of very large files). So just please utilize our data plan with regular discretion so we can continue to provide high-speed wireless internet. Unlimited  Data Plans, do not mean unreasonable usage.  If your account is shut off and canceled due to data abuse by the carriers, we will not offer any refunds for that month.  By purchasing our data plans, you agree to our terms and conditions for responsible data usage.  Our terms and conditions can be reviewed here.   These members will also not be allowed to continue the service for the next month unless they purchase a new membership plan.
